Lauren Dibble is the founder and clinical director of Brilla Counseling, a Sacramento-based group practice specializing in ADHD therapy and support. She provides clinical supervision to the Brilla team, leads groups, and offers direct services including individual therapy and parent consultation.

Lauren is passionate about building thoughtful, affirming care for neurodivergent individuals and families. She works closely with clients and clinicians to ensure that treatment is collaborative, goal-oriented, and grounded in each person’s lived experience.
